Museum Information
The Fort Payne Depot Museum partners with the City of Fort Payne, Mayor Larry Chesser,  and the City Council in taking pride in being able to present a small part of our area's heritage to the public. The Fort Payne Depot Museum is a non-profit organization which is operated by part-time staff and volunteers.

The Depot is open to visitors:
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays
10:00am - 4:00pm.  (Closed for lunch 12-1)
Doors are locked at 3:15pm, so make sure you arrive by 3:00pm in order to see everything.

We are closed on all major holidays. For a complete tour of the Fort Payne Depot Museum please allow at least 45 minutes for your visit with us.
